Love what you do or do what you love

It is said that love what you do or do what you love. Because if you’re doing what you are loving from inside then you will get success in your life. Never before in my working career, I felt that what I do can bring a big positive change. But today I am feeling if I want to change the society, then I need to change myself first.

What bothers me a lot is that people spend so much effort and money to get good marks and an education degree, they work hard to compete in a rat race for the highest paid jobs. They spend most of their lives at work and yet are not happy. Too many people nowadays feel lost, anxious and depressed.

At times I feel something must have gone wrong with the education system. A system which “produces” 3 million unemployable young Indians every year. But then the very next time, I feel, education system alone can’t be blamed. As most of the young generation is doing a thing that doesn’t match their interest area. Young people are studying what they feel will help them in earning more, but they are not doing what they feel interesting. So this is my suggestion to you, do what you love. Stop worrying about, what your family or society wants you to do, but do the work as per your own wishes.

Under the umbrella of Human Circle, we are trying to break outdated stereotypes about education, career paths, and the so-called stable jobs. We want to encourage young people to choose their path independent of what ‘Sharma Uncle’ or the others are advising, to be confident in listening to their inner voice and follow their passion as a career. Happiness is new productivity. That’s why you need to start a do what you love movement from within.

You need to take various initiatives to spread do what you love movement. Experiential articles and personal growth programs help people, become more self-aware and eventually to take better decisions for their career and life in general.

As a child, you may be always curious about life, different places, people, and experiences. You may want to try everything that occurred on your way. Your parents may think that you are not consistent. But hey hardly know that you are an explorer.

Do what you love and believe that everything will happen at the right time. Don’t try to push yourself so much. Love your creativity and desires.
